Thesis. AI is displacing white-collar workers at scale. Most have skills that transfer directly to high-demand blue-collar trades — but no one maps the path. SkillForge does: using Canada's NOC 2021 taxonomy as the canonical layer (enriched by OaSIS + O*NET crosswalk), it surfaces the shortest retraining route and equips transitioned workers with AI tools so they outperform traditional apprentices from day one. We then acquire the private vocational schools that deliver those programs — buying from retiring boomer owners before Workforce Pell (July 2026) reprices the market — modernize them with SkillForge, capture LMDA/WDA/Canada Job Grant funding, and roll up into a multi-province platform. Capital generated funds our robotics thesis: the next automation wave, this time targeting blue-collar. This dashboard tracks the signals across all five layers: key dates, government funding, regulatory, deal flow, NOC/labour market, AI displacement, and robotics adoption.
